    • Prices are determined based on the size, design complexity, materials used, and other customization factors.

    • For the price transparency, we have provided the ranges of each collections.

  • Advance Payment Terms:

    • A 50% advance payment is required before the commencement of the rug production.

    • This advance payment secures the order and allows us to initiate the customization process.

  • Balance Payment:

    • The remaining 50% balance must be paid before the shipment of the customised rugs.

    • Shipping costs are separate and will be calculated based on the destination and the weight/volume of the order. Customers can choose their preferred shipping method, and the associated costs will be clearly communicated while finalizing the order.

  • Payment Methods:

    • We accept payments through secure online platforms like PayPal and Stripe, or bank wire transfers.

    • For international transactions, please note that your bank may charge additional fees for currency conversion. We recommend checking with your bank or using reputable currency conversion services.

  • Optional Shipping Insurance: To provide added peace of mind, we offer optional shipping insurance for your rug. Please inquire about rates during the ordering process.

  • Customs and Import Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. We provide necessary documentation to facilitate smooth customs clearance from our end.

  • Production Timeline:

    • The production of customised rugs begins after the 50% advance payment is received.

    • The production timeline varies depending on the complexity of the design and materials used. An estimated delivery date will be provided upon order confirmation.

    • Any delays in production will be promptly communicated to the customer.

  • Quality Assurance:

    • Bespoke Rugs Mart ensures the highest quality standards in materials and craftsmanship.

    • Regular updates and images of the rug in progress can be provided upon request to keep the customer informed.

    • In the rare event of any manufacturing defects, customers should notify us within 7 days of receiving the rugs, accompanied by photographic evidence for assessment.

    • We will ship the product after the prior approval on the photographs or live videos calls, whatever best suited to client, once the rug is ready.

  • Shipping and Delivery:

    • Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and will be included in the final invoice. So the balance 50% plus shipping cost need to be paid off before shipment.

    • In case Bespoke Rugs Mart arranging the shipping, then the shipping and tracking details will be provided to the customer once the rugs are dispatched.

  • Customization Changes:

    • Any changes to the original customization request after the 50% advance payment may result in additional charges and could impact the delivery timeline. Any changes or special requests should be communicated at the earliest possible stage.

  • Return Policy:

    • While customized rugs are not eligible for returns, we offer size exchanges within 30 days of receipt, subject to a restocking fee and return shipping costs. Please inquire about exchange possibilities before placing your order.

    • Any issues with the delivered rugs must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

  • Communication:

    • Open communication channels will be maintained throughout the order process to address any customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
